A skilled trial attorney and negotiator, with extensive trial experience in auto crash injuries, claims against public entities, architectural and medical negligence, product liability, consumer fraud and "toxic tort" cases -- that is, defective products causing death and serious injuries from exposure to toxic chemicals.

Successfully proved that toxic chemicals used in the manufacture of carpet causing sickness to a class of casino workers was a product defect and breach of warranty. Proved that New Jersey Transit negligently installed a bus fare collection system, contrary to specifications, caused its driver to trip and herniate two disks, resulting in a jury verdict of $450,000.

Certified as a civil trial attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court and the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

Graduate of the National College of Trial Advocacy of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Plaintiff Trial Academy of the New Jersey Trial Lawyers Association.

Former member of the Supreme Court of New Jersey District I Ethics Committee and the Supreme Court's Automobile Arbitration Program.

A church deaconess at Margate Community Church and a volunteer for the March of Dimes and the American Cancer Society.
