A skilled trial attorney and negotiator, with extensive litigation experience in auto crash injuries, premises liability cases, claims against public and private entities for unsafe conditions of property which cause slip and fall down injuries, consumer fraud and personal injury protection (PIP) first party benefits.

Graduate of the National College of Trial Advocacy and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America - New Jersey's Plaintiff Trial Academy.

Certified as a civil trial attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

Lecturer for the Atlantic/Cape May County Bar Association and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, and community civic and education groups.  He teaches trial advocacy, auto insurance, product liability, toy, water and auto safety.

David attended Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York, graduating in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.  For his junior year, David attended Ithaca College, London Center, where he studied the British government and parliamentary system, affording him an appreciation for the intricacies of the governmental and legal systems in both England and the United States.

A four year letterman on the Atlantic City High School varsity tennis team, compiling a 65-6 record at the third singles position.
